I AM OP

Martin Arku

I started exercising at the age of 14, inspired by my favorite WWF Wrestlers. I recall going down my basement only having two pieces of equipment to work with, one old 30lbs dumbbell and a bench but somehow I made it work. It wasn’t until high school when I realized my passion. Not just for fitness, but helping others and unlock the greatness within them. There’s a spark of happiness I get when I see clients making progress both mentality and physically. I became a Certified Personal Trainer at 21. Now 30 years old, I’m always learning and improving to become a better trainer the week prior for my clients. I’ve trained hundreds of people in different states including Delaware, Florida, Pennsylvania to name a few. My goal is to create a space that feels like a second home, for people to train and become a better version of themselves.

What I can do for you:

#1 You are worth it and so is the time you’re investing into yourself. It may seem intimidating but I can assure you we can get to your goal one step at a time, together. Education plays a major part. No fad diets. Only raw fact and knowledge on fat loss and living a fun and healthier lifestyle.

#2 No meal plans, the goal is to educate you on what foods to eat when you're grocery shopping or what to eat on the menu when dining out. To get you started digital recipe cards are given upon sign up. Food is not the enemy here.

#3 Here’s the game plan: We start off with a 15min consultation, discussing your goals and creating your profile. Your program is built and personalized around you and your goals. Next is the fitness assessment, creating a foundation to start from. Options include 1 on 1 training or Duos Training, all can be done live through Zoom, Facetime, Google Duo etc with me. Take the first step to a different you. Go All In.

I went to a gym for about 3 years where my former trainer, Martin was employed. The classes were set in group training style which can sometimes be difficult to manage as a facilitator. The range of attendees was anywhere from 5-20 people in every class. I always enjoyed when Martin was training our class because of the attention to detail that he provided. I never felt like he was stretched too thin. He made a point to greet you when you walked in and during the workouts he checked in frequently. Martin is a stickler for proper form which is important for avoiding injuries. Not only will he correct your form but also give you insight as to why its important to move in the right way. Once he got to know your range of capability Martin was always there to challenge you to do more. There were many times I didn’t have the motivation but Martin gives you an encouraging push to keep going and beyond. At the end I was always grateful for his support to get me to my goals.
